This is for those of you who are looking for more information about this new “Diet Solution Program”. My goal of writing this review is not to promote but to give you a real honest and helpful, black and white review about the “Diet Solution Program”.

The reason for this is that 90 is the fat burning zone and below that (60) is the starvation or hunger zone while beyond 90 (120) is the weight gain zone.
So what does sugar have to do with losing fat? When your sugar level is only 60, your body will go into starvation mode which implies that your body will store every fat in your body which contradicts your goal which is to burn and lose body fat. On the other hand, when your blood sugar level reaches 120, this will trigger your system to secrete insulin. Unfortunately, insulin is a chemical which can cause your blood sugar level to drop into 60 forcing your body to go into starvation mode which you already know what will happen.
The “Diet Solution Program” also elaborates about the carbs that will help you burn fat and carbs that prevent you from burning fat.
Aside from carbs and sugar, another misconception on diet is that you should not eat fat which is not true. The author said that it is necessary to eat fat in order to burn fat.
And probably the last, but major enemy for you are processed foods.
The main reason why processed foods is not good for you if you are trying to burn fat is because the liver is responsible for both fat burning and digesting harmful chemicals. Since processed foods contain many harmful chemicals, it will take up most of the operation in your liver instead of allowing your organ to focus on burning fat.
